What are AI credits?

Plans include AI credits, spent when an employee replies or does a piece of work. The models your employees use are included — no separate AI bill.

Can I start without paying?

Yes — start on a free plan where one is offered, or start a free trial of a paid plan. The plan card shows which.

Do the employees answer phone calls?

Restaurant, Real Estate, Customer Support, Sales and Receptionist & Booking can also answer calls once you switch voice on and add a phone number. Voice is optional, off by default and depends on your plan.
