Connected Apps

Plugged into your business.

ODEX employees don’t just answer. They look things up, update records and take action in the systems you already use — inside the limits you set.

Connected Apps

Your AI employees work inside the tools you already run on.

Not an isolated chat. Connect your business systems once — your employees act in them, inside the limits you set.

  1. Your systems
  2. Connected once
  3. Switched on per employee
  4. The employee acts
  5. Your rules decide

CRM. Customers, contacts and deals.

  • Update a deal Ask first

Customers reach your employees on

  • Website chat
  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram
  • Messenger
  • Phone calls (optional)

Connected apps, custom actions and channels depend on your plan.

Access, in three layers

Connected once. Switched on per employee. Decided per action.

  1. 1 · Workspace

    Connect the app once

Sign in to the app for the whole workspace — access is checked and stored encrypted. Add more than one account of the same app when you need to.

  2. 2 · Employee

    Switch it on per employee

Connecting never switches an app on for anyone. You choose which employees use it — and which account each one uses.

    • Customer Support
    • Sales
    • Receptionist & Booking
  3. 3 · Action

    Decide per action

Every action the app offers gets its own setting. ODEX recommends one from what the action does. New actions start off.

    • Read a ticket Runs on its own
    • Reply to a ticket Ask first

Where every action starts

ODEX reads what an action does — and starts it safe.

  • Reads information Runs on its own Looks things up and changes nothing.
  • Creates and updates Ask first Adds or changes records. You can let it run on its own.
  • Sends to other people Ask first Messages, emails or posts in your name.
  • Deletes Off Can never run on its own — at most, Ask first.
  • Sharing and access Off Can never run on its own — at most, Ask first.
  • Anything ODEX can’t classify Off Stays off unless you choose Ask first.

Actions become part of the job

An app action is one step of the work — not a separate tool.

When a restaurant connects its ordering system, “place the order” becomes a step of the Ordering employee’s procedure. Set to Ask first, it waits for your yes — then the order reaches your system and the customer is told.

Order #1042 · Illustrative

  3. Approved by you
  4. In your system
  5. Customer told

Bring your stack. Keep your rules.
