How ODEX works

Follow the work.

What happens between a customer’s message and a finished job — and how you set an employee up to do it.

What happens to every ticket

Eight things an ODEX employee does with work.

Not every ticket needs all eight. Each one is a real capability, used where the job needs it.

  1. 01 Business context Knows your business

Your details, hours, areas and rules — asked once in setup — plus the documents you upload: menus, brochures, price lists, policies.

  2. 02 Qualification Qualifies

Sales asks about need, budget and timeline. The Real Estate team scores buyers 0–100 and marks 60+ as qualified.

  3. 03 Procedure Follows your path

A procedure is how the job is done, the same way every time — “send the order to the team”, “pass a viewing request to the coordinator”.

  4. 04 Connected action Acts in your apps

Looks up a customer, updates a deal, creates an invoice — inside the systems you connected.

  5. 05 Automation Keeps work moving

Rules that run without anyone asking: a follow-up task two days after every new opportunity; the team notified when a buyer’s brief is complete.

  6. 06 Approval Asks before what matters

Anything set to Ask first waits in Approvals for a manager’s yes.

  7. 07 Hand-off Hands work over

To a teammate who owns that part — or to a person, for anything people should handle.

  8. 08 Outcome Closes the loop

The customer is told exactly where things stand, and your team sees the record.

Follow one ticket

From a message to a finished job.

Pick a ticket and scroll — it collects a stamp at every step.

  1. 01 Message

    A customer writes.

On WhatsApp or your website chat — whenever they like.

    Customer · WhatsApp

Two chicken shawarma plates and a fattoush, delivery please.

  2. 02 Knowledge

    It checks your menu.

Items, availability and the delivery fee for the address — from what you gave it.

    Ordering

    • Chicken shawarma plate · available
    • Fattoush · available
    • Delivery fee · from your areas
  3. 03 Confirm

    It reads the order back.

Nothing is placed until the customer says yes.

    Ordering

2 × chicken shawarma plate, 1 × fattoush, delivered to you. Shall I place it?

  4. 04 Record

    The order becomes a record.

Priced from your saved menu — never by the AI.

    Order

    • Status · Placed
    • Items · 3
    • Price · from your menu
  5. 05 Procedure

    It follows your path.

The same route every time: a task for your team, your procedure, or a connected app.

    How orders reach you

    • A task for your kitchen team
    • or one of your procedures
    • or one of your connected apps
  6. 06 Approval

You decide what needs a yes.

Any step set to Ask first waits in Approvals — and the customer is told it’s waiting.

    Approvals

    Waiting for your decision

    • Approve
    • Reject
  7. 07 Hand-off

    The right teammate takes over.

A problem goes to Customer Care, within your care policy.

    Ordering → Customer Care

Late delivery · note added · task opened

  8. 08 Outcome

    Everyone knows where it stands.

Placed, sent to your team to confirm, or waiting for approval — said plainly.

    Ordering

Your order is placed and on its way to the kitchen. Thank you!

    Engine A Fast, accurate replies

Questions

Before you hire.

What’s the difference between an AI Team, an AI Employee and building my own?

An Industry AI Team is several ready-made employees built for one kind of business, installed together and handing work to each other. An AI Employee is one ready-made specialist for one job, in any industry. Build your own when the job is specific to you — and group employees into your own teams.

Can I change a ready-made employee?

Yes — its answers about your business, knowledge, connections, routines, extra instructions, memory and model are yours to change. How the job works inside is part of the product, so it keeps improving with updates you choose to take.

What can an employee do in my other apps?

Only what you allow. Each app is off for an employee until you switch it on, and each action runs on its own, asks first or stays off. Deletes, sharing changes and anything ODEX can’t classify can never run on their own.

Which AI models do the employees use?

One subscription gives your employees access to leading AI models — ODEX picks the right engine for each job. The employee owns the job; the model is only the intelligence underneath it.

Does it remember my customers?

With memory on your plan, employees remember rules, decisions and lessons across conversations. You can review, change or remove anything, or switch memory off.

Pick the job. Tell it about your business. Try it before a single customer sees it.
